yeah, that might be one way of doing it (leaving brushes selected after unhide)
i can see how that would be useful in some situations, but arkward in others.

Maybe add "select hidden brushes selected after unhide" as a prefs item.

I'd still prefer an unhide last brush, as that's exactly what I need.
