I have the STVEFPack/ in a seperate zip, will upload as new module on zerowing

attaching the patch here too

NOTES about the patch:
- The patch itself looks fine. But it's missing the essential setup script
updates.  I don't want to patch in code changes before I have the new setup
scripts that go with it.

Another problem is that work will start soon on the 1.3 setup scripts. Syncing
source code between several branches is fairly easy, but syncing setup scripts
is not (because IS has the nasty habit of changing completely some files in case
of modif, no diffing possible)

- Are we sure we are not missing any features in the EF compiler when we use our
q3map?
