1.2.7 update
REPEATABLE across multiple editor sessions

whenever i attempt to region an area (using REGION > SET BRUSH) and bsp the 
map, a leak is reported (incorrectly?) and no line is drawn tracing the path of 
the leak.

additionally if duplicate planes are reported while a region is set, clicking 
on them in the popup window will bring me to brushes outside the region.  the 
brush numbers reported as having duplicate planes are very low (typically two 
digit numbers), but when when the region is off and a bsp is performed, those 
same duplicate planes are reported, but the brush numbers are in the thousands 
and correctly jump to the bad brushes.
