changing bug summary from 'try q3ut2 mod setup' to 'mod config from the games
selection'

the 'new project' command is an advanced feature, newbies try to use it thinking
it's the way to configure for mods. Added a warning on new project command,
sending people to above url for mod setup.

the crash if directory pre-existed has been fixed some time ago already

what remains on this bug item, provide more .game stuff so that config for mods
can be selected from the game browser? need to design that some more. I would
say .. 1.3 anyway
