[Gtkradiant] [Bug 424] New: PrtView doesn't save any settings

The preferences / settings of prtview don't get saved, nor do default settings 
exist. Everytime you want to use the plugin you have to set your settings again 
else it will give a whole load of bad initialized ogl spam and don't display 
anything in the windows.
