[Gtkradiant] Making Colored Lights

The colour value is a normalized <r(ed) g(reen) b(lue)> 1.0 is full
colour, 0 is no colour. Blue would be 0 0 1, red 1 0 0, etc. For
entities (lights) you can select it and press K - this will bring up a
colour selection dialog.

How do I make a light non white ? I know white is 1.0 1.0 1.0, but what
would pure blue be ?? 1.0, 1.0, 255.0 ??
And how do I set this in the 'key' & 'value' fields ??
