+ - merging multiroot branch into the trunk:
+ multiroot is enabled by using multiroot.sh to wrap around cvsreport
+ (cvsreport which itself wraps around cvs, etc.)
+ if you don't use multiroot.sh, then cvsreport works as usual
+ if you use multiroot.sh, then -multiroot <filename> is prepended to the cvsreport command line
+ <filename> is a tmp file that dupes stdin of the whole operation, cvsreport will use this to find the CVSROOT
+ cvsreport will then use /etc/cvsreport.cf.<CVSROOT> config file (hence per-CVSROOT customization)
+ - merged some fixes from cvsreport-0.2.4 (upstream)
