Big patch and a zipfile. This adds the iCamera interface to radiant which 
allows plugins to set and get camera orientation and get information about the 
camera window. Also it adds a new plugin (camera.dll) for Wolf which allows you 
to create .camera files. It uses id's splines library as backend (modified with 
some engine capabilities) and a library (well.. header) that maps igl to qgl 
which saved me rewriting large parts of the splines lib.
