<ceeeec1> :).k thx - Mapping for a whilenow currently 1.2.9 "warningBrush
plane withno NOrmal" i have found that this has something to do Vertices being
adjusted ?? Is there anyway of pointning out the Brush at Failure, or any other
help youcoudloffer please
<TTimo> bobtoolz can scan and cleanup a map from bad brushes
<ceeeec1> 1st thing i tried Timo mate, would detect anything untoward in my .Map
<ceeeec1> it didnt show anythin.
<TTimo> I would think that monitored compiling selects the bad brush when
there's no normal stuff
<TTimo> you use monitored?
<ceeeec1> mm nope ?
<TTimo> Preferences > BSP monitoring, turn it on
<ceeeec1> yeh sory it is selected ? so how would i now go about it
<TTimo> it was already selected, or you just did select it
<ceeeec1> it was allready selected ttimo
<TTimo> ok, then it was on
<ceeeec1> yeh
<TTimo> mh .. maybe q3map doesn't report the 'no normal' brush errors then
<ceeeec1> to be honest Its actually doing the same error on a friend of mine,
alll of a sudden, so were not sure which bitof the.mapis causing the prob-hence
:) imhere :)
<ceeeec1> so thats 2 did gtk`s on 2 dif pc`s 1.27 and a 1.2.9
<TTimo> it's some brush in your map yes
<TTimo> actually if you send me the map we should be able to add support for it
in the compiling
<ceeeec1> mm so i gotta grin and bear it Ttimo and just try and find it you think ?
<ceeeec1> k shall idcc you or would you like me toemail
<TTimo> the error message doesn't report any brush number?
<TTimo> email it to ttimo@ttimo.net
<ceeeec1> no,, thats what i thought you see, because everybody says it should
report ? even pics i have seen say that bu "no" no numbers
<ceeeec1> ok Ttimo should be in your inbox now Mate, Many thx in advance.
