With the multigame setup, running bobtoolz->brush cleanup gives the
following errors
BobToolz::ERROR->Failed To Load Exclusion List:
E:\games\RTCWolfenstein\Radiant-gamepack\plugins\bt\bt-el1.txt
BobToolz::ERROR->Failed To Load Exclusion List:
E:\games\RTCWolfenstein\Radiant-gamepack\plugins\bt\bt-el2.txt

The above mentioned files are in the plugins directory under the main gtkradiant
install, rather than in the gamepack directory. Creating plugins\bt and copying
the files in the gamepack directory makes the error go away.
