[Gtkradiant] GtkRadiant + Wolf game pack release plan

I updated http://www.qeradiant.com with some info. Basically I'd like to
release the Wolf game pack over the weekend. I am going to be moving the
media files over to zerowing CVS (i.e. the files we use to build the Wolf
game packs with IS), and will continue cleanup and documentation effort
for a release. Will be available on irc.telefragged.com #qeradiant /
#gtkradiant of course.
