Nevermind, djbob explained some things to me. Apparently the patch inspector 
works *much* differently than I thought. The dialog *to me* looks similar to 
the normal surface dialog, I did not realize that the input boxes for texturing 
were step amounts and not real amounts. Hence, I think it should be clarified 
and I will attach a patch to clarify this error.
