I apologize, I did not throughly test this patch enough, while it seems great 
in theory, the problem is that the Drag_Begin can be dropped out of at any 
time, just putting the ignore++ during drag_begin and then ignore-- during 
drag_end leaves the mouse/keyboard in an unuseable state. I take full 
responsibility for implying/saying that this patch seemed ok/worked. Sorry.
