[Gtkradiant] gtkradiant on HPUX

cons relies on a 'Contruct' file that it will look for in the current
directory, and then reads some 'Conscript-*' files. Those files are
definitely present on the Alpha branch, for instance:

I dunno what you mean by 'GtkRadiant-Alpha-01162001' .. is it a checkout
of the Alpha branch of GtkRadiant, from January 16 2001? That would be way
outdate. You should grab the latest Alpha branch from CVS..
