I'm not entirely sure what causes this error, but if you check the included 
map, you'll find that running bsp on it causes a crash. I've tried several 
different versions of q3map and still gotten the error. Someone told me the 
problem is caused by strange geometry in a map, and I managed to localize the 
problem in this map. If you check the 3rd floor, the 2 windows on either side 
of the top balcony seem to be the culprits. When I removed and replaced them it 
ran fine, but I thought you might like to know about the problem in case it's 
something you can fix.
