FYI, brand new gtk+ 1.3.0 DLLs. Maybe it would be a good time to see about

zipfiles contain the latest improvements:

o Correct cut and paste of non-ASCII text to/from other applications
o Memory and resource leaks plugged
o 256-color mode.

The DLLs included should AFAIK work as drop-in replacements to the
ones from 2002-01-01.
