glm and md3 files are not the same file formats. GtkRadiant did not support 
ghoul model files at the time I added sof2 modelling. I always meant to put 
that in there, but my schedule being what it's been this semester (work + 
school), I just haven't had the time. 

This should be classified as a feature request, not a bug.

I'll have to verify if Sof2Radiant and JK2Radiant support this...
