(I e-mailed TTimo about this earlier, but he said to use Bugzilla and I guess
the person in charge of SoF2/JO stuff is Riant.)

Sometime in the summer myself and a few others in the JO community were working
with Raven's Mike Gummelt (mgummelt@ravensoft.com) on how to create new NPCs
without replacing the old one. We got it working, but to spawn them with
entities accessable in Radiant, we needed the new SP_entities.def which adds the
NPC_spawner entity and removes the NPC_**** (placeholder with no use). It allows
you to use the new NPCs and a host of other options on the NPC. It just occured
to me a week or so ago that you might want to release this in Radiant.
