2d and 3d rendering of the models used different flags. This patch syncs it so 
that if you see a model in 3d, you'll see it in 2d as well. Next to that, it 
fixes a colour issue with wireframe bounding boxes.

The entities view as menu wasn't restored on loading of preferences on radiant 
start. The patch fixes this as well.
