[Gtkradiant] GtkRadiant 1.2.11 release

Just want to thank everyone involved in some of the best changes and
improvements between release version.

Personaly highlights (in no real order) :]

* Maya/Max/lightwave theme (although I've changed from the base config,
it was a great start)
* Shift+Drag selection in Camera view
* Colour options for selected brushes in Camera view
* Extra selection outline settings ('J' key)
* Light radius spheres (althought I do not understand what the 3rd ring
is)
* Q3map2.exe default.
