commited a bunch of changes + my own tweaks

some RTCW shaders don't throw errors, but render completely black?
some others throw exceptions:

LOADED: textures/xlab_props/xpanel_c04dm.tga
Curry: WARNING: CShaderTreeView::OnSelchangedTree: newlySelectedShaderName.parse
threw an exception
LOADED: textures/xlab_props/xpanel_c10_light.jpg
LOADED: textures/xlab_props/xpanel_switch.jpg
LOADED: textures/xlab_wall/x_metalwall_m01.jpg
