1.2.7 (22/04/2002) fixed - dialog starts in <basepath><main> (quake3/baseq3)

adding milestone for 1.3.3 - new bug: standardise all file dialogs

1.3.3 has this partially done, the file_dialog code is cleaner - this needs to 
be adapted to work with dir_dialog, using the same code, so win32 users get the 
win32 open/save dialog if they choose to.
