the setup are creating the .game files

.game are only designed to hold a very small amount of data, only the essential
stuff that is configured at install time

the project settings and preferences are then used for further config stuff

I'd be interested into providing some items for most common mods in the game
select menu. I don't think many code changes are needed, the design is not very
clear though.

- We don't want to make .game files more complicated, we generate them, and
ideally we want to generate only one per game (game being Q3 / Wolf etc.)

- Since we display a list in the game browsing, the browser needs to build the
list of other games from a different source

- For a mod, we need to provide a 'name' for the game browser, and a project
template. Project template for all mods will be installed by the setup next to
quakev3.qe4

I still think it would be worth having this in the 1.2 series, but I don't
really want to spend time on it myself (already swamped with overall bug fixing,
and 1.3 is calling very hard)
