According to spog, it's a bug, in the sense that snap to grid shouldn't be
applied during a map load most likely, however the current brush format is
rather inadequate to handle this, and makes the BSP process prone to error, it
is suggested that you do not use a gridsize of < 1 for anything but patches in
the meantime.
