[Gtkradiant] halflife support for 1.2

I will need to check with Id about the opportunity to support Half-Life
and CounterStrike. This is the private area of Valve, and going down that
road nearly means supporting non-Id games. The fact that qeradiant did
support Hal-Life is not relevant here, as it happened before
Counter-Strike started to spread. You have to keep in mind that however
open-source and free to use (on non commercial projects), GtkRadiant IS an
Id software product.
