[Gtkradiant] Linux nightly / Full setup available on zerowing

Attention GtkRadiant linux users ..

I've uploaded a new linux nightly, it's a full setup this time. It will 
behave like the usual nightly setup but should prompt you for the path to 
install the media (i.e. /usr/local/games/quake3). This is based on recent 
patches I applied to Loki's setup source, and it's still missing a bunch of 
functionalities.

The new setupdb / setup source is in the zerowing CVS (in the modules 
setupdb and setup). See setup/TODO. We also have the dedicated bug report:
