current debug builds have the nasty habit to trigger an heap corruption error 
on exit, something like:

HEAP[q3radiant.exe]: HEAP: Free Heap block c28bf0 modified at c28c04 after it 
was freed

didn't track down the reason yet, but it seems related to the right click drop 
down menu? (if you bring up the right-click drop down menu before exit, the 
error won't happen)

might need to run it through BC a bit
