[Gtkradiant] BadShmSeg error

No this has not been reported yet. At first glance I would say it's a
problem with your machine. Gdk errors .. are those errors printed to the
GtkRadiant console, or you get them in stderr? (you can log the radiant
console to a file in the prefs).
I would try playing with the BSP monitoring config. Run non-monitored, run
monitored without sending Radiant to sleep etc..
