When saving prefabs, GtkRadiant doesn't add the .pfb extension - i often forget 
to type it manually and when i go to load my prefab in again at a later point, 
the files are invisible because the editor left the extensions off. either make 
it add .pfb extensions when saving, or change the load filter to .*
