[Gtkradiant] GTK crash bug

Make sure you are testing against the latest source (Radiant and Gtk) ..
I recently tweaked some stuff and since then I was not able to
reproduce.

buncha news:

I am polishing some stuff in the GtkRadiant setups. Maj s working on a
new splash screen logo which we can expect soon. When we get all of this
done I will build new linux and win32 setups.
