[Gtkradiant] [Bug 32] Gensurf preview window does not get refreshed.

this does still happen,  just re-installed my Windows 2000 system yesterday, a 
fresh copy of Q3 and the latest release version of GTKRadiant and it still does 
the same thing.  It's only the preview part of the preview window that is not 
refreshed.  all the gtk buttons are drawn as usual.
