[Gtkradiant] GTKRadiant VFS Stuff

I was just curious to find out if anything was being developed to allow people to use GTKRadiant with a 'clean' quake3 install and
not completely annihilate your baseq3 folder for development.

Presently it kinda makes it a pain in the ass to difference files, especially if you're working on multiple mod's...  It'd be pretty
similar to the current GTKRadiant 'Game Mode' selection for Team Arena to override all content in /baseq3/ with that which is in
/missionpack/ first.

It could be a 'mod' preference that you specify a root game dir, and work from there...  Working inside of baseq3 is turning into a
nightmare...

Any thoughts?
