The only way we could reproduce this crash is if you try to install on windows NT/windows 2000 and you are not the system administrator. You need administrator rights to install the 1.1-TA setup. 



Our knowledge with installshield is still quite limited, if someone can provide hints on how to make a guest-friendly installer, or help us fix the crash on win98, append to this report..

PS: this has been filed as a known-issue for 1.1-TA
