[Gtkradiant] GtkRadiant 1.2 documentation, open tasks androadmap

Yes, I added a few tasks which I know have been started already or similar.
For example Q1 support .. Mickey?
^Fishman, when you find back the source or if you start writing it again,
update the report and say you are doing it..
