cons scripts are written for Radiant core and required Q3 modules

it will try to install in GtkRadiant/install, create install as a symlink to
where you want to install (install/radiant and install/tools/modules/vfspk3.so
etc.)

now the equivalent cons scripts need to be written for other plugins and
modules. given the amount of scripts already written, this becomes an open task
.. just a matter of grabbing the existing scripts and adpating them
