You might be interested in bundling these with Radiant.  (And/or maybe 
incorporating some parts into Radiant itself, I guess.)

PatchAlign is an accurate and flexible patch mesh texture applier.

Flipper is for doing X, Y, or Z axis flips in non-BP mode while still 
maintaining texture alignment.  Also includes a batch texture swapping
