DONE:
  applied ^Fishman's path
  inclusion of version.h and aboutmsg.h moved to qe3.h
  changed base path location process (in most cases it will prompt)
  fixed the path construction to initialize according to the new layout

TODO:

entities.def needs to move to baseq3/scripts
entities-TA.def in missionpack/scripts
etc.
we scan for *.def and load them

need to patch q3map to work with the new layout too

need to write a nightly installer for linux, placing stuff in the right spots
