The IS bugs are back, looks like on uk/us win98 systems the installer fails to
find the right string table and aborts. This is probably related to the fact
that I'm building those setups on a French windows 2000 version. (damn French)

This problem has happened before, I thought that it had been settled. Seems it
isn't. (had to edit some stuff in the project preferences I believe)
