There's two options in the patch, enclosed in #if 1 & #if 0, the one currently
enabled will add the .pfb extension when there is no "." in the filename so that
users can use there own extensions.

The second, which is disabled, checks for .pfb in the filename, and adds it if
it doesn't find it.
