A full setup needs to be written for linux / 1.1-TA.1 release
we currently have an old full setup fo 1.1-TA
and nightly setup of 1.1-TA.1

the issues are mostly:
radiant installation path and media installation path are now different

+ some files have moved (such as *.def files)

after discussing with MEGAStep (Setup tool author), looks like the most 
straightforward solution is to be able to prompt for an install path on each 
component.
