It actually takes four texels to cover one pixel in world, but thats beside the 
point. The original radiant uses the grid of 1 to move textures 1 unit, 
offering a greater level of control over the precision of texture alignment.
I use grid of 1 texture alignment so much that I haven't been able to use GTK 
yet for serious building, even though I much prefer it now sice it's smoother, 
and supports antialiased lines.

I would greatly appreciate having the "Tex incriment matches grid" set back to 
the way it was.
