That task expects some familiarity with the plugin system, actually I don't
think we would need to parse the file the SAX way, we should simply load it
completely and fill in the interface table. The actual work is about making the
plugin manager put the interfaces together, based on the description loaded, and
not based on a static table like it's been doing so far.

I'll reassign the task to myself .. I'll have to look at it soon I think
there is a bunch of other issues / more self-contained stuff in the tracker
anyway, so you can just look at something else if you want :-)
