Very annoying situation when you use both versions, the project settings will 
get mixed up. You need to regenerate by loading the quakev2.qe4 again. 
Otherwise you might end up with 1.1-TA trying to run the 1.1-TA-nightly binary, 
or the other way etc.

When looking for the last used .qe4 in the registry, should look version 
dependant .. and should also add the editor version key to the generated qe4 to 
validate the loading.
