Except for some copy-paste I didn't really do anything here but is this
acceptable?  Another change here is to uncomment:

   GL_last_detail = Detail.hardware_textures;

from opengl_tcache_init() since was forcing a tcache_flush the first
time it's set, if I'm reading it right.  I'll take this change out if
there was another reason it was there but I'll commit if it's happy
making otherwise.
