no movies command line option - poll type thing...

I'm finally going to have time to finish up a few patches and will try
to get them in this weekend or the first of next week.  Movie code is
not going to be one of them but the command line options will be.

Is there a request from anyone to have a command line option to disable
the playing of movies?

If there is I'll go ahead and get that in for the patch.  No one
complained about the other options when I posted them before so I'll
assume that they are approved by everyone.  Are there any other
requests?

Is it about time to go fullscreen by default or would everyone like
windowed by default for the time being?

There will be a command line option to switch between the two.  All
command line options can be specified in ~/.freespace2/Data/cmdline.cfg
for those that you want to be default for you.
