[cod] Server Spec for MW3

A public 18 slot server consumes 260mb of ram and roughly 5%~20% cpu on
a xeon x3430 (cpu usage fluctuates a lot)

No idea which kind of xeon you got there... if it's a dual core I
suspect it to be very old (unless it's one of those workstation cpu (w35xx))
Don't know how it compares to the lynnfield cpu I'm testing it with.
