Few issues:-

+exec sv_config <file>
should be:-
+set sv_config <file>

server.cfg needs all the set lines editing and changing from set to seta

+set sv_maprotation "default" isnt needed as its in the server.cfg, but without the above fixes isnt actually loading.

  1- Server is not available via command line with Steam as of yet. I just checked ...
  2. Steve from Multiplay discovered that the dedi files are located by going to the Steam Client > Tools > CoD mw3 Dedi Server
  3- After downloading the files rename the player2 folder to admin and adjust your server.cfg

  Using a simple bat file I placed the following command 

  \iw5mp_server.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 75.102.35.197 +set net_masterServerPort 27016 +set net_port 27015 +set net_queryPort 27014 +set net_authPort 8766 +set sv_maxclients 12 +exec sv_config server.cfg +set sv_maprotation default +start_map_rotate

  I'm sure I am way off but thanks for the fab support from IWN and their closet drones, I'm in the dark with the rest of you all. I wish I had the answers or more to give.
