[cod] Dedicated MW3

Praying for linux and host-it-yourself server packages. Limited number of
GSP's is only going to lead to overpopulated dedi's and wiggy servers ala
BF3.

But seeing that handing out server software for free doesn't make IW any
money, i doubt thats going to happen.
