It's distasteful but he still wants to see it ;)
I think it is a comical political statement showing that we allow this
type of terrorism to persist in the world and do nothing "real" to stop
it. The powers that be are being mocked for not holding the evildoers
and those who harbor them accountable. The game is nothing more than
art imitating life.
