[cod] No dedicated Server

Hi all,

im not really familiar with Steam, VAC and all this stuff. So I have to
ask what the absence of the dediceted Server means.

Does it mean:

- I cannnot chose the Server I want to play on?
- I can not define a Server where my friends and me meet to play?
- Steam finds 'suitable' Players for my skill (Matchmaking)?
- Only kind of Coop possible like in L4D?
